Excellent doctor and staff. Highly recommend! Everything is explained and they answer all your questions! The staff is amazing! Dr. Monaco is truly top notch!
Everyone at this Clinic are very helpful and friendly. Dr Monaco explains things so well that I understand and I know what to expect.
I've had Dr. Monaco for both my shoulder surgery and now my broken elbow and wrist. Aultman emergency room missed the fact that both the wrist and elbow were broken, although the xrays clearly showed that the elbow was clearly fractured. The wrist was a little trickier and needed an MRI. Crystal Clinic has been trying to take care of cleaning up the aftermath of a terrible situation with Aultman ER and I am very thankful for Dr. Monaco's compassion and understanding of the situation.
