[UPDATED] This dental office keep sending the bill. I have verified the receipt, they tried to charge me over and over. They can't find my transaction ID. I have all proof of the receipt. [UPDATED] This dental office overcharged me for my son's routine check-up. They only performed an evaluation, yet billed an excessive fee that insurance would not cover. The dentist never showed up in the previous visit, and there was no prior notice about it. I would never recommend this office and will not return.
Treated my 3 year old like a princess! I was shocked that she allowed them to clean her teeth and even take X-rays. Would recommend!
Avoid this company. Shady and predatory billing practices. Installed braces on the wrong patient. Advice to patient having trouble with keeping braces clean, “look it up on YouTube”. Bullpen style treatment area
Do not recommend. They have too many patients for their practice and cannot treat patients when needed. At a routine cleaning in March, I was told my son had cavities, but they didn’t have appointments to see him again until June. When we came back for treatment in June, I was told he now had an additional cavity, and one of the prior cavities had grown so large that he now needed a silver cap instead of a filling.
