I have been seeing Dr. Bastien for a little over a year. I had an appointment on September 13 and two days earlier I received a text message reminding me that I had an appointment and I responded yes I would be there. On the day of the appointment I received a text again in the morning and again I said I would be there. Later that afternoon I will send an email and again I responded yes I would be there.
