Nathalia sent our images in a timely manner but we still haven’t gotten a response for our wedding video (we got married in October 2023). For a while, she’d have one excuse after another but now she’s stopped responding at all. I’ve texted and called her over the past few months and have received zero response. I’d even referred her shortly after our wedding. Very unprofessional.
We hired Nathalia for our wedding photography and videography in October 2023. Our pictures came out beautifully, but the video never arrived. We hired Nathalia in September 2023 for our engagement and wedding photography in August 2024. While our pictures for both were nice, we had issues with our video. First, we paid for her top package, including drone video and all the bells and whistles. We tipped her well. We didn’t get our photos or video until 9 months after the wedding and after many emails and texts requesting the video.
