The two things I smoke the most are pork shoulders and wings. I used your sweet honey on both. By far the best tasting bark on any pork I’ve ever done. I generally like my wings to be very spicy and I thought I would need to add spice to the wings after smoking them with the sweet honey rub. After tasting them I knew that no spice was needed. Let me start off by saying that I'm a professional chef and caterer that's been in the business for over 20 years. I'm always looking for new products and ideas. Nate has definitely upped the spice blend game! His Sweet Amber Fire is crazy good. I used it on a sugar plum candied pork belly that I make as an appetizer and it was amazing!
