Jake came out quickly. He was very nice and explained everything completely. He cleared out our Root Intrusion and scope the pipes to make sure everything was cleared. He explained that the Rhododendrons above the root intrusion was likely the problem. We have since taken the Rhododendrons out and appreciate his honesty. Thank you Jake!
