We have been a customer of NATES TEAM for probably 40 years And they are without a doubt the BEST !! Also JIM is SOO professional and knowledgeable in fixing our plumbing issues, as well as being a GREAT GUY LOVE THE NATES TEAM !!! Always THE SAUERS FAMILY
In July, 2025, Nate's replaced my three bathroom sink pop-up drains. In the past several years, Nate's also rescued me once when my pipes froze, replaced my two outside faucets and replaced my broken blue line in my front yard. Nate's plumbers are always professional, efficient and very respectful of my home and property. I wouldn't think of calling another plumber!
My shut off valve broke in the off position… called Nate’s and they were there that same day. Techs were polite and thoughtful, repair is beautiful and they were in and out without any fuss. Oh and our dog loved them! Billing was low key and easy. If you need repair or upgrades I wholeheartedly recommend these guys. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
I have a sewer mainline warranty and this is the company who the warranty service works with for my area. After putting in the claim with the warranty service, Nathan called us and went over the details of the issue we were having and then he dispatched Jake right away. I'm over an hour away from where they are located but Jake got here promptly, spent a few minutes diagnosing the problem then set to work getting everything cleared up.
