I hired Nate to flip my basement into another level. 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen area. He did an awesome job and even installed 3 Egress windows! You can't please every picky customer but I am very pleased! The price could not of been any better either for how much he did for me. If I could post pics I would but this young man did a great job and I even hired him to do my siding. Next, will be my fence. I definitely recommend this company and i will continue to use this compsny! Very very good prices!
Nate McCranie did two horrible jobs for me. A porch where the steps aren't long enough and the nails are coming through the wood. Not up to code. A horrible vinyl.fence that is cemented in, uneven. Even towards the end with a three inch opening on the bottom.where the dogs could get out. Left 20, 40 pound bags of cement in my garage, 10 bags of pea gravel that I was charged for and the pallet that they were on.
I hired Nate and he did a good job fixing a rotten door frame. I hired him a second time to put up an awning and do some painting. I live in a different state and he sent pictures when he was done so I paid him. My Son who lives in the house sent me a video of his work and showed me that the door only opens 3/4 of the way before hitting the awning. I reached out to Nate several times to go back and move the awning up to fix the problem. He has not returned my text or calls I will have to pay again to fix what he did and I ha... read more
