AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE -- UNRELIABLE. Nate requested I forward photos of my home elliptical machine so that he could quote for a routine service. I did. Despite several follow ups and a ridiculous amount of time, Nate did not have the decency or courtesy to respond with a quote, or even a rejection of the job. My advice to readers is to steer clear of Nate's Gym Services and seek out alternative -- reputable -- service providers for your home or business gym equipment. Nate has stolen our treadmill! We had to go to an urgent trip back to my country for a few months and had to leave the house we were at. The treadmill, a rug and a mop stayed behind. But we were getting our aunty that lives in Brisbane to pick them up for us. My partner got in contact with Nate asking if he could fix the treadmill for us, because it wasn’t working even though it was still pretty new!
