I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nates Coffee Roastery. I purchased a gift card from Nates Coffee LLC just weeks before it abruptly closed, leaving me with a worthless card and no way to redeem it. To add to my frustration, the phone number listed on Facebook for the store belongs to someone who claims he isn’t responsible for Nates Coffee LLC but only for the roastery.
