My family and I were passing through from Allen County, Ohio when we ended up with not one, but two flat tires that needed attention. I had just gotten one tire plugged and fixed, and while I was putting it back on in the Dollar Tree parking lot, the owner, Nate, came over and offered a helping hand. Just had our 09 Ford edge in for alternator issues. We have burned through three alternators in the last two years, and they sorted it out and wound up going back to factory but regardless of that, the bill and write up on it was SO specific and transparent. And also wound up finding there was a draw on one of the rear brakes switches. Absolutely top notch write up on the invoice and work, thank you!
