We were driving home from a camping trip and were experiencing a horrible side to side wobble in our truck when the highway went downhill. We remembered in the past that had been a tire issue. We called ahead to Nate's to get an appointment. Nate himself drove us downtown and gave us restaurant recommendations for lunch while he and his crew were to do the necessary work; then picked us up when the truck tires had been rotated and balanced. Last night my husband and I were driving through Hannibal on our way to Minnesota. We noticed a burning smell and then saw smoke coming from under the hood.. Not good.... It was close to 6pm.... figured we would probably be stuck until the next day before we could get help. Looked online and found Nate's. We noticed he had some good reviews and gave him a call. Nate is the best. Professional, knowledgeable and available even on a beautiful Saturday evening in August. Who does that? Almost no one but Nate does. Long story short, our running lights stopped working on the trailer we are towing. In Springfield, Illinois, we determined we could not make it home before dark. We searched and searched. Nate is a life saver! I was visiting from out of town and trying to get back home safely. I tried calling a few mechanics in Hannibal or near and Nate answered. He was able to get my car fixed to get me home safely. Thanj you so much Nate for your great customer service and help!
Nate helped fix my car after Walmart broke it. He met us at his shop on a Saturday, and car was ready to go by Monday. He was professional, nice and explained everything to us in a way I could understand. We will def be going back for any future needs!
