Disturbingly incompetent and a prime example of why the automotive industry is dying...Drop my car off @ 9am CUSTOMER STATES: "I just rebuilt the entire frontend and I'm hearing some frontend noise between 20 and 40 mph. Diagnose the noise and if you get it corrected go ahead and do the alignment"....3:30 PM no word from anyone so I assume they must be finishing it up or never got to it...I call to check status. I give them 5 stars for quality of work and customer service on thd phone and in store The only negative is the first come first served policy. Would orefer a set appointment time.
It's a good shop
It took this place five days to change an air-conditioned compressor on my truck. I also asked them to fix a rattling noise in the front end, and they could not find it. As a matter of fact they made it worse buy trying to adjust stuff. You would think an alignment place would know something about front ended.
They are great to work with.
