I have purchased 4 cars from Nate wade and they were always great until the last service appointment. The changed me for two diffent services battery terminal cleaning and engine filter change neither were ever completed.
I went with my sister in law to look at some new cars for her and ended up leaving with one for her with the amazing and respectful help of Jeremiah and Wes in finance! They were both amazing to work with and I would recommend them 11/10!!
Jeremiah and Wesley were the best! We had had a bad experience at another dealership right before going to Nate Wade and we couldn’t have been happier after our experience here. Jeremiah was so knowledgeable and nice. He didn’t pressure but was there to answer questions when we needed. He made the entire experience a breeze. My original car purchasing experience with Nate Wade was perfectly fine. The service bay experience was also fine for the couple of years that the service was included with my new car. They earned two stars for those factors. The reason I’m writing a review at all is because I am so sick and tired of this dealership contacting me all the time. Oh my god.
