See updated review. Nate Wade Subaru has been awesome to my wife and I. They have serviced my Crosstrek with never an issue. Easy process and good workmanship. The Service Advisors are awesome. We recently purchased a new Ascent and the process was great. No high pressure sales to get all the ad-ons, just the things we wanted already. They told us services were not available when we scheduled recall work. When we got there they constantly pushed us to have the services done, told us a loaner was available when they had said not and engaged in some shaming. Then when we asked for some additional services and they gave us the car back with those undone and some snide comments. It was quite painful. I bought a 2024 WRX through Nate Wade Subaru. Was a no pressure chill purchase. Traded in a car and was told prior to arrival how much they would give me, they followed through with no tricks. They didn’t try to sell me the moon. Honestly, it’s the best car buying experience I have been through. Kyra was awesome to work with, same with Lyle. They stayed late to make sure I was able to drive the new car home.

I had the worst dealership experience I have had buying a pre owned car from Nate Wade. The sales person had very little knowledge of the car I was purchasing. He was unable to provide much information on the solterra and kept saying he would ask his manager who drives a rivian. Next came the high pressured sales pitch of an extended warranty.
