Had my car for a month and called zero times with any updates (we had to call and call to get any idea of where our car was) only to finally get it back with the front windshield cracked in half- even though they were only doing repairs to the trunk of the car?? They refuse to take liability or fix it, so now it gets to go back in the shop AGAIN for more repairs that THEY caused and I get to pay for. Never had a more frustrating and upsetting experience in my life.
