If your expectations are to get assistance or guidance in multiple auto policies and your someone who has ever had a bill go lightly past your 30-day bill cycle, by all means, DO NOT use this agency! We have a 2 car policy through this agency and have never gotten a bill, statement, etc. In the mail about our coverage .
