When I was uncertain about taking the steps to be certain that I would receive proper medical care from a workplace injury I spoke with Nate at S&S. He helped me along the way and they seen to it that I was taken care of and my medical needs were met. For that I am grateful. They are easy to work with and very clear with intentions.
I was looking for legal representation after being injured on the job. Nate reached out to me directly by phone after sending him an email explaining my situation. He explained worker’s compensation to me and all the different options we had. He takes the time to reach out to his clients even outside of business hours, if needed. Nate was amazing, and I know I can always call on him if needed in the future.

After our son was assaulted, we contacted many lawyers to help us. Nate Staudt was the one that said we could get justice for our son. He guided us through the process. Nate fought for us without going to trial and reliving the ordeal. We ended in mediation, and Nate got our son what he needed to possibly have more surgeries and for healing. Nate is amazing! He is compassionate and knows what he is doing!
