Horrible customer service. This guy honestly hates his job and does not care about how he treats his clients. He has poor communication and despite reading my text message to confirm an appointment he made me drive all the way to his business without advising that he was closed that day. Not only was it my first time with Nate, but it was my first time with a barber who got it right... the first time. I've been going to a barber in Manhattan for the past 15 years, and I should have found someone locally at least 4 years ago. I came across Nate on Google and made an appointment.
