Nate is the absolute best. He’s very patient and took the time to explain to me things I didn’t understand and answer an unending number of questions. He’s very thorough and communicates clearly. He also helped me through a cost segregation, all of my long term and short term rental related taxes, and helped me leverage crucial tax breaks. You can’t choose someone better.
