Very disappointed, while Dr Marshall has a great bedside manner, he did not ask questions and he did not HEAR what I was saying, rather he dismissed me and referred me to another specialist claiming that it was a completely different issue when I already had an MRI and evidence of the injury.
I seen Dr. Marshall for 3 years. Had 2 rotator cuff repairs and a total reverse shoulder replacement. Thought he was awesome until after the shoulder replacement. After 3 months he just released me to full duty work with no restrictions and no more PT even though I still have a lot of pain and very limited mobility. When I tried to explain that to him he told me "to go live my life and it should get better in time"!!!! I was referred to Dr. Marshall for a Meniscus Tear and I will refer him to any and everyone I know who needs a fantastic surgeon. Upon first meeting Dr. Marshall my husband and I really liked him. He immediately walked in shook my husband's hand, then mine as he introduced himself. He held eye contact the entire visit. I felt comfortable immediately.
