I called Transworld to list my business. I we given a very nice but inexperienced broker Addison Goldin. We never got along because like I said although nice he really did not know what he was doing. He told me several times he had only been doing this for a year. He also cost a sale to my business because he did not tell the buyer I would accept her original offer. So disappointing!! Our broker didn't hold us as his primary client. He worked harder for the buyer than us the seller. Didn't tell us the buyer had to get financing, changed the contract at will with addendums. Terrible experience would not recommend them to anyone. Do your research first. They just want their commissions. They didn't care about us the sellers.

I was bamboozled by the Vice President Trev he brought the buyer his buddy but then when I spoke to the sales person he told me they aren’t responsible after the sell. John Serb was really Rude!! I sold the business in 2019 where Trev brought his buddy to buy it and their was leased copier that had remaining balance. I now have the copier company harassing me after two years because new owner won’t pay them. All along using the copier. I visited with Nathan Willis about selling our business. This was prior to the Covid pandemic. Nathan started this work with little help from me. I stayed busy with my job as Nathan worked through the process of putting everything together.
