Unprofessional visit and was hoping to receive help for my back pain and sciatica. I Wasn’t even able to see Dr. Stetson; instead when told to arrive 15 mins early I arrived 25 minutes early. I was then told to fill out physical intake paperwork that I filled out electronically the night before, when I brought up that I had answered all these the night prior, I was then told to not fill those out as the MDs can’t see those answers. Dr. Stetson saved my life! In 2013, I knew before he entered the exam room that this would be MY doctor, I could tell when he entered that room, my situation was bad! I asked, "it's bad... Isn't it?!" He responded with, "Yes, It is!" He had to formulated a plan & teamfor correcting and stabilizing my neck, that was ignored by six other physicians and/or ER facilities. Dr. Stetson, is a wonderful Dr. I had two prior surgeries by another Dr., both failed. I was not happy, and in more pain after both of those. I did my own research and liked his credentials. I would recommend him to any one who has suffered years of back pain. Thank you for Stetson!!!
Dr. Stetson is experienced with complicated cervical spine surgeries. My case was complicated by previous surgeries for a Chiari malformation between 2006 and 2009. During our pre-surgical consultation he displayed knowledge, confidence, and empayth. His proposed solution for my situation was well planned and I had great results. The follow-up care I have received has been excellent. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.
