Excellent Service...Great Provider – I have been with Nate Crichton and Statefarm Insurance for 5 years now. I recently had my work van broken into and damaged. My van had been dented, my window was broken, and my GPS was stolen. I called Mr. Crichton and submitted a claim. I explained to Mr. Crichton I needed my van for work the following day. He took the time to meet me at the repair shop so that I could drop off my van. Mr Crichton then drove me home so the shop could work on my van. I picked up my van the next moring rea... read more

Would Not Recommend! – We have been a State Farm Insurance customer for the past 5 years. We recently left Nate Crichton's State Farm Insurance agency due to a lack of professionalism and customer service. To be more specific, we would see this insurance agent out in public and would not acknowledge us or if he did acknowledge us he would be very rude.
