State Farm is a horrendous company and Nate Conklin is the North end of a southbound horse - his staff is awesome! When a loss occurs - you get ripped off twice; once by the crooks and then State Farm! A great example is the office hours, closed on Friday tells you what you need to know…you experience any kind of loss or need it all falls back to you working with the corporate offices and Nate vanishes! Everything online, zero help and absolutely horrible platforms…almost like they want it to be a hassle to file a claim!
