I called to ask if I could get a transmission diagnostic check for my truck before I spend a bunch of money to get it fixed and they simply told me that I need a new transmission without even taking a look at it or first testing it. Garbage. I wouldn't take my bicycle there to get it fixed. VERY unprofessional. It seemed like I was bothering him. Ridiculous. 😡
