They really don't care. They don't call you back for weeks and the managers are perfectly okay with this.
The man that helped my cousin and I out, Matt, I'm not sure of his last name. But he was nice at first, but ended up going over to his coworkers, and had us wait 30 minutes for him to just laugh and joke around and show funny things on his phone to them. He came back over to us because others saw how frustrated we were getting at him. Worst service I've had at a dealership.
