I only had a clue of as to why I was at the hospital and this appointment they explained everything very efficiently. The service was perfect. Wait time was minimal, easy in and out.
The staff were very polite and professional. The nurse practitioner I saw was very thorough with me, never felt rushed. Listened to my concerns. I highly recommend this office.
The staff was very nice and didn't make me feel like a burden for being there. They answered every question and made sure I understood everything!
The NP Elise is the best I've ever seen. The office ladies are super nice. I hope whoever takes over for Elise is as kind and caring as her. I personally do not care for Mary Ellen. She never did do anything to help me. Never returns calls and acts like you are a burden if you need help. I will not ever see her again.
