Brent Crow of Natchez Corp. was the inspector when we bought our house in Newburgh, IN. He did a great job in forcing the realtor Keller Williams - Casey McCoy to make the fixes the seller had agreed to. We bought a house built in the 1970s that had a long list of fixes that needed to be done. The seller with aid from Keller Williams insisted on choosing their contractors for the fixes. The owner Bob is very nice guy and always worked hard to earn my business. His son is a different story. Given the fact that Bob is very old and does no work anymore himself, this company is going to fail. As a landlord and property owner who has been doing business with them for years, I’m very sad to see the direction of the company and their non-responsive disastrous operation of it.
