This gym is good. They have a very nice basketball court lots of equipment, but it is kind of compact and tight. Their hours are not great though.
Usually packed when the other gyms close which feels like "always". Great gym...minus TDYers but, what can you do?! Right? Go to Gammon gym bc it is open 24/7 (registration required).
Hours on Google and the MWR website is incorrect.
