HORRIBLE SERVICE! There is no form of communication. Issues are not resolved. You will be given the run-around when you need anything from them. Front desk staff is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! Office manager "Nelly" will not do anything to help her patient's. Her job is to manage providers as well as staff and she is doing a very poor job at it. It seems like they're making a habit of 40-60min wait times in the lobby Then another 30min in a exam room before seeing a Doctor. My last visit they forgot to check me in and I had to reschedule, tried giving them a second chance 2/19/24. Had my appointment for 1:30 and I've been editing in the lobby for about 40 minutes and still haven't been roomed. I used to enjoy coming here, been coming here for over 15yrs but unfortunately I will be looking for a new OB.

This hospital is the worst, came here for a eye pain, and they couldn't do anything because they said, they don't have the equipment, And this pain came after I have a surgery in this hospital ten days ago.

THIS IS PURE GARBAGE TO SAY THE LEAST... GOTTLIEB ANIMAL HOSPITAL HAS NO RESPECT EVEN FOR THE DEAD... WHEN YOU DIE, THEY TAKE DOWN YOUR CHEAP GOWN AND PUT YOU IN BODY BAG!
