I have purchased many pieces from this brand. They are such good quality and the customer service is top-notch. I once asked for a ring re-sizer (after my order had already been processed) and they were able to throw one in for free. Other jewellery places wouldn't be so kind or considerate. I have three of their Tallow bangles and wear them everyday.
My experience? NS appears far more invested in its so-called “luxury” image than delivering genuine product quality or customer protection/care. Refunds or credit notes (in cases of clear product or design faults) are so tightly restricted that qualifying for one feels almost impossible. A luxury premium brand that cannot take accountability is laughable -- just say you're stingy and cannot afford to pay out the customer. I unfortunately wasn’t in the position to buy something at this time, however the customer service I received was impeccable.
I was a long term loyal customer. I ran into a problem with the 9K Lennox necklace and bracelet in that one year later it looked cheap and icy no matter how many times they polished my pieces. When I approached them for a solution nothing but gaslighting. For example, did you wear it in the shower? Please note they are not a member of The Jewellers Association of Australia; hence, very little recourse for a solution if a problem is encountered. Buyer beware and shop elsewhere.
Absolutely amazing white-glove service. Kayla in the Paddington boutique is a star and went above and beyond to help out. Beautiful pieces with a personal touch. This is where I’ll be buying my pieces going forward.
