Dr. Akhter is an excellent physician! She is very interested in all aspects of her patients, and gets to know you well to understand your health problems and how your daily life is affected. She has a calm and sweet nature, and will take all of the time you need to have any questions answered, and to support your concerns. She is simply a very nice lady and I am very glad that she is my endocrinologist.
EXCELLENT doctor. Spent, and continues to spend, as much time as she can answering my questions and concerns. She has always gone above and beyond in her care for me. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Akhter to anyone having endocrine concerns and issues!
Very rude. I asked her a question and she laughed at me, then called in her nurse, told her what I had asked and they both stood there and laughed.
