I recently had an appointment for my annual exam and as always, I had a great experience. Dr. Chinn is absolutely great at what she does. She takes time to answer questions and makes sure you everything during your exam. I have provided her information to other friends because my experience was so great.
Unfortunately had to give 3 stars even those Dr. Chinn was great. I had an appointment and still waited almost 3 hours to be seen. When I asked about the wait time, the woman at the front acted like it was no big deal & that all appointments take a different amount of time… but it was clear they overbooked & were VERY behind. It’s a shame the office was so poorly managed otherwise I would have definitely considered going back.
This office is absolutely amazing!! Dea & Jan from the front desk make the experience easy and nerve free. Highly recommend this office. Hope you girls have an amazing day!!
I was supposed to have an appointment with Dr. Chinn today, however, due traffic, I called preemptively to inform her office that I would be running behind. Her receptionist or office manager returned my call stating that I was late with a confrontational and disrespectful tone. I took a second to calm myself down then explain to her that I had called earlier and had left a message about the traffic inconvenience.
