This designer assisted us with an outdoor furniture project. They ended up ordering furniture off Wayfair that ended up being defective. They refused to replace the defective furniture and eventually did offer to reimburse 1/2 the cost of what we paid. We reluctantly agreed, however the check that was supposedly cut was never actually sent. Zero responses to any VM or emails.
