Dr. Keenan is very gentle and communicates well exactly what she determines is the issue and what she needs to do to correct it. She is wonderful! Ask for her and tell her I sent you! Most of all be nice to her and share good energy with her.
Dr Keenan is an expert in her field. Dr Keenan has provided excellent medical care in the 10 years I have been a patient. Dr Keenan always provides accurate diagnosis and an effective treatment plan.
If you are reading this because you're looking for an ENT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER. In fact, I am baffled and genuinely wondering if some of these five star reviews raving about her are purchased or fake, because the Dr. Keenan I had the misfortune to encounter displayed the worst bedside manner of any healthcare provider I have ever come across. First time seeing Dr Keenan. Antibiotic drop’s urgent care gave me still didn’t work after a week. The doc suctioned more infection out then I thought possible. She immediately gave me hearing test to check it since I had a very clogged ear. She also called me after hours to answer a question I left with the service. Going back to see her in a couple of weeks. Very attentive
Avoid Dr. Natasha Keenan, MD at ENT & Allergy - 5-Minute Rush Job, No Care for Children Our recent pediatric appointment with Dr. Keenan was a disgrace. In a rushed 5-7 minutes, she ignored existing lab results and jumped to recommending surgery without even examining our child, understandably causing significant distress.
