I've been going to Dr. Keenan for the past 3 years, about once or twice per year, every time my sinuses or ears flare up. She is always compassionate and professional with excellent bedside manner. I feel seen and safe under her care.
Dr. Keenan is very gentle and communicates well exactly what she determines is the issue and what she needs to do to correct it. She is wonderful! Ask for her and tell her I sent you! Most of all be nice to her and share good energy with her.
Dr Keenan is an expert in her field. Dr Keenan has provided excellent medical care in the 10 years I have been a patient. Dr Keenan always provides accurate diagnosis and an effective treatment plan.
If you are reading this because you're looking for an ENT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER. In fact, I am baffled and genuinely wondering if some of these five star reviews raving about her are purchased or fake, because the Dr. Keenan I had the misfortune to encounter displayed the worst bedside manner of any healthcare provider I have ever come across.
