Natasha is a great real estate agent. We asked so many questions during our house hunting process and she was always prompt and crisp in her response. We found our dream apartment in a building which we weren't even considering all because the HOA was high but she pointed out to us that the HOA covers almost all the utilities which effectively made the HOA to a reasonable number.
