She is an amazing doctor! So thorough and caring. Highly recommend!
So much for a family doctor! She doesn't even care to look for a 5 min read for an appeal for a child. Yet she is considered a family doctor who targets herself to look after teenagers and young families. This was the reason I chose her after our primary doctor had moved from our clinic. This is such an awful experience, this doctor can't even spend 5 min of her time looking at a child's appeal. In January of 2024 we approached Dr. Hamann for assistance with a crucial matter: a statement of support for the preauthorization of eye surgery for our nine-year-old son. Despite our efforts, Dr. Hamann outright refused to help. We had already secured three brief statements of support from our son's various eye specialists and merely needed Dr. Hamann to review these and provide her own statement.
