They are so nice here. I usually cringe at the thought of going to a urologist but not here. They kind listen to you and always do what is best for patients.
I was recently referred to Dr. Ginzburg for some urological issues. The drive to Syracuse was worth every mile. Dr. Ginzburg and her team are outstanding. The staff is so kind and caring. There is very little wait time although that can be expected. Dr. Ginzburg explains everything in detail and I've never once felt rushed. She even offers virtual calls and follows up in a timely manner. I'd rate their office a 6 but there are only 5 stars! Couldn't ask for better care!
