Terrible customer service! My eyeshadow palette is falling apart in less than 3 months used approximately 4 times and Natasha Denona customer service will do nothing! I will not waste my money on this brand! They don’t stand behind their products!
I wanted to try something new and different. ND makeup especially eyeshadow palette looking appealing. But it starts and ends there. I purchased it through the direct website. You’d think it would be easy to get in touch with their customer service team to resolve the issue and be reimbursed. Nope! Trying to get in contact with them is equivalent to extracting a tooth. I should stick to what works - Huda Beauty and Anastasia of BH.
It’s not a store it’s an office. Came here hoping to find and try the concealer because I’ve tried almost every Sephora in New York and can’t find the physical product to try. How is anyone supposed to buy the product if we can’t try the colours?
