South Bay is a hidden gem. Therapy here has gone very smoothly so far and the staff has always been accommodating and understanding. I had to leave my regular spot because my longstanding therapist retired. I was referred here to see Dr. Natasha and the transition has been pretty seamless (which is no easy feat in therapy). I dont know where I would be without Natasha!!! She helped me get through one of the hardest times of my life. Without her guidance I couldn’t have gotten through the last few years. I had a really hard time finding a therapist who I felt comfortable with and who I believed truly cared about me. She helped me deal with my trauma, identify triggers and figure out healthy coping methods!
I was feeling so stuck before going to see Natasha. I didn’t know how to process all the changes happening with my family and with the pandemic. Natasha created a kind and open space for me to address everything I was feeling.
