I highly recommend Dr. Natasha Behnam. She is an exceptional psychologist who truly cares about her patients. Her professionalism, compassion, and kindness make a tremendous difference in the lives of those she helps. I am deeply grateful for her support and guidance during a very difficult time in my life. Her dedication and genuine care are truly remarkable.
South Bay is a hidden gem. Therapy here has gone very smoothly so far and the staff has always been accommodating and understanding. I had to leave my regular spot because my longstanding therapist retired. I was referred here to see Dr. Natasha and the transition has been pretty seamless (which is no easy feat in therapy). I dont know where I would be without Natasha!!! She helped me get through one of the hardest times of my life. Without her guidance I couldn’t have gotten through the last few years. I had a really hard time finding a therapist who I felt comfortable with and who I believed truly cared about me. She helped me deal with my trauma, identify triggers and figure out healthy coping methods!
