We are very disappointed with my recent experience with Dr. Natasha Ahmed. My appointment was canceled because wife had a fever a few weeks prior, but her temperature was not even checked at the time of the appointment. I also did not receive a proper examination before being turned away. It seemed the staff and Facility Manager, Jennifer Ring, were too busy to accommodate existing patients, as the doctor canceled my confirmed appointment to take on another patient. I am very unsatisfied with this level of service
I have seen Dr. Ahmed for two pregnancies and I have nothing but good things to say about her! She doesn’t rush you and always listens to any concerns and takes a proactive approach!! Highly recommend her along with Dr. Parks and Dr. Baldassaro At Town Plaza Women’s Health!
My experience at this facility was very disappointing. My primary care provider referred me here, but from the start, there were issues. The staff did not know how to verify my insurance, even though the necessary information was clearly listed on the front of my insurance card. I was told to reschedule my appointment after I confirmed whether my insurance was accepted—even though I had already completed an ultrasound.
