Do not trust her. She is a liar. I watched her, lie for the last 5 weeks to my cousin telling her that she was working on her return. She says she was calling the irs and it should be done by the end of the 1st week. This is 5weeks later and she throws her under the bus and tell her to go somewhere else. Bad business and unethical.
