Dr. Shobana Natarajan is an excellent doctor. Her diagnosis is accurate; she is kind, caring and makes her patients feel comfortable. The lady who sits at the front desk, however, is highly temperamental and is rude to patients.The virtual assistants on the other hand, are quite cordial and helpful.

I am an existing patient of Dr. Natarajan. She is a nice doctor — very knowledgeable and accurate in her diagnosis and treatment (at least for me). However, there is a serious issue with the office staff and medication management. They do not send refills of essential medicines on time unless you call them. I need Metformin and an inhaler for my asthma (which is a rescue medication for me), I told them that I am out of medication and despite being a patient here for the past couple of years, the office does not keep track of... read more

Please do not go to this doctor. There are several reasons for me to put this bad review. The doctor has been missing for the past several months and her practice is literally run by 1 PA. She seems to not know what she is doing. The front office is rude and unapologetic when asked why is there a delay to be seen by the doctor and says that it’s just what it is. The wait time is over an hour first in the waiting area with no patients in the waiting area and I wonder why. Then when you go to the exam room it is another 1 hour... read more
