When I first called to schedule, I was a little put off by the receptionist repeatedly telling me the office policies including the requirement to establish care before scheduling a wellness exam and the office's policy regarding narcotic prescriptions. After reading some of these reviews, I can understand why they were emphasized during the scheduling process. I came here after being dismissed by my previous PCP for severe upper back pain and joint issues. I experience at least 5/10 pain at all times, getting up to 8/10 after work. I believe these may be related to potential hEDS or POTS, which I am at higher risk for due to my autism, which I disclosed to the doctor (this was not acknowledged). I have been with this doctor for a year now, I was with Dr. Mckinney and he retired(which I hate) and so far it's been ok with her ...until yesterday. Extremely Disappointed – Beware of This Clinic My wife scheduled what was supposed to be a routine annual check-up. Despite clearly stating this upfront, the clinic later claimed it wasn’t an annual visit and billed us an outrageous $800. We’ve called multiple times to dispute the charge, but our concerns have been completely ignored. This kind of billing practice feels deceptive and unethical. It took over 3 months of calling weekly and requesting a hospital bed for my Father in law before she finally signed the paperwork! While working on this he fell out of his regular bed and spent a week in the hospital. He’s had a terrible experience with Dr. Sebastian and is now moving to a new doctor.
