I have seen Dr. Rukhman for a few years now. I find her bedside manors are good and she listens to me and I feel understands my concerns as well as my extensive family history with Thyroid cancer. My doctor faxed my records and referral to this office AND I have called to get a new patient appointment as directed by their phone information system with Dr. Ruhkman since November 2024: No response at all its FEBRUARY 2025
10/10 don’t recommend eps if you feel like your getting the run around with the health care system! To Natalya you’re just another number for her paycheck! Her bed side service SUCKS! She doesn’t care to hear about any symptoms you maybe having as long as your blood work says your thyroid is ok it’s not her problem to fix it! She’ll flat out tell you that!
