Dr. Natalya Kumar is truly wonderful. She’s kind, caring, and takes the time to really listen. Even though she’s incredibly busy, she always makes me feel heard and never judged. It’s absolutely worth the wait because she genuinely helps me every time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who leads with compassion and expertise.
In person she was really wonderful and helpful, I believe I wrote another review stating this. However I just had an appointment with my new primary and had my last labs sent to the new doctor because I had called and messaged Dr Kumar on the portal to send me my labs so I could have them for a phone lab review she requested I schedule. But I never heard back or got the labs sent to me from June. Which was the reason I went to find a new doctor, I know I need someone who is responsive.
