Where to start, I wasn't even sure where to begin to buy a house. I met Natalya for buyer consultation, she explained all the details and steps and gave me all references for local lenders to get a loan from. I bought a home I dreamed about, Natalya always stayed on top of the process, with couple bumps through out we came to a smooth closing, I couldn't be more happier to work with Natalya, I recommend her to all my friends now.
Absolutely one of the best realtor we ever worked with. We sold and bought two homes in our lifetime, so we worked with realtors before. Natalya is such a pleasure to work with, she is very knowledgeable and always kept us informed in the process, and we had a really smooth closing. Definitely recommend her anyone who is thinking about buying or selling their home, Natalya definitely knows market and local people.
This person has no ethics, nor does she abide by the contracts that she signs. She hired my company to perform an inspection for her personally, then failed to make payment for the inspection. She has signed a legally binding document and has spoken with us numerous times yet refuses to pay. I would not trust this person for any transactions. I don't even know how to start.....this woman is such an amazing person that goes above and beyond for you to get your dream home. Being a first homebuyer and not really knowing what all comes with it that you need to think about and to do......
