Wife made appt. with Abby, Abby wasn't working at time of apptmnt. Didn't wash her hair, didn't cut it the way she wanted, and she cried all the way back home!! Auto parts store would have cut her hair better!! She WILL NEVER be back!! Jen was the Butcher with the clever that gave my wife the worst haircut of her life!!
