She’s extremely rude, unprofessional and her customer service is horrid
I went in with no idea what I wanted for I've only trimmed my hair for years. Natalie provided many options. She gave me a great beachy cut. When I was struggling to learn how to use a curling wand, Natalie gave me a "how to" lesson. Such encouragement! Natalie is knowledgable, fun & talented. Bear, the lap cat, is a bonus!
Natalie is an amazing person! Very outgoing, professional and punctual, she did an amazing job with my hair and was very thorough in discussing lengths and styles for my hair. She is very honest in her feedback about your hairs needs. Also, Bear the cat is a lovely additive to your experience!!! :)
First time meeting with Natalie I felt she is a beautiful person inside and out. She took the time to look at my hair pictures and run her hands through my hair and discuss a slight variation that would suit me. Her experience and warm professional attitude was refreshing. I will be back.
Extremely unprofessional service. My mother booked with her for September 5th at 1pm. The day of (at 11am), the hairdresser Natalie messaged asking to move the appointment to 2:30. My mother politely declined as she needs to pick up the kids from school at the time. Delaying an appointment 1.5 hours is a pretty large delay. Maybe you should schedule your clients better to avoid over-lapping, or have some buffer time between clients for unexpected delays.. or at least let someone know at least 24 hours before to make arrangem... read more
