I feel so lucky to have been able to do infant massage and baby yoga classes with Natalie! She is incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and kind. It was a great regular maternity leave outing for myself and the little one.
I just had a wonderful holistic massage with Natalie. She has an excellent understanding of the human body and quickly identified the areas where I was holding tension. She took the time to listen carefully and suggested different approaches based on my needs. My wife and I had Natalie as our Doula for our son's birth; and we couldn't have been happier. She was such a huge help - both before, during and after the birth. She had great knowledge to share leading up to the birth which greatly helped my wife and I prepare; as well as providing excellent support during and after his arrival.
