⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Natalie Yang and her amazing staff! They have shown me so much kindness, patience, and compassion throughout my orthodontic journey. After the unexpected loss of my husband, I needed to step away from treatment for a period of time to focus on my family and navigate a very difficult chapter in my life. Professional, kind, thorough. Dr. Natalie and er entire team were professional and very welcoming to my 5 year old and me. Dr. Yand explained the entire phase 1 treatment and where my son stand in terms of treatment readiness. She showed me x rays, pictures and explained baby teeth and molars, and the entire situation. I got all my questions answered and felt confident about the treatment plan. I will definately be back in 6 months to re evaluate and possibly get started on phase 1 treatment for my young one.
